3 easy way to detox your body

Whether you’re feeling under the weather, feeling bloated from eating too many carbs or just simply feeling like you’ve over done it, you may be in need of a cleansing detox to get yourself feeling back to normal.

Basically, detoxification means cleansing the blood. This is done by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination.

1. Sugar Detox:

No sugar for 3 days, I think it’s a perfect time to get rid of your sugar habit after a vacation. For the next 3 days drink 3 liters spread out throughout each day. My personal favorite is using a stainless steel water bottle or at home a 1 liter glass mason jar. I bring this bottle with me everywhere I go! Keep it in your sight and you will be reminded to re-fill and keep drinking!

2.Eat a simple hypoallergenic diet :

Certain foods, such as wheat and dairy, may cause food sensitivities or allergies. By eating a diet low in allergenic foods, you will give your body a break so that it may focus on cleaning up old baggage.

3. Smoothie Cleanse: Starting your day with one of these green babies is surely going to make your body happy. How do I know this?
